Scarecrow or Scaremags?

Alien Wally is not sure if the intention of this old tyre is to scare off the hundreds of crows that crowd the back field, but it sure is effective at scaring Mags whenever she catches a glimpse of it out the corner of her eye, when it appears as a man with hands on hips peering down the hill into the dining room.
